I quickly placed an order then had several questions about the process so I asked in the comments of a company post on FB, below posts from others, hoping someone may help. I was pleasantly surprised when the company itself answered my questions, took the time to look up my order and give me info on it. I didn't have to call customer service which I hate doing.
