This article is a set of 2 molds, one with the container and other with the top.
Dimension of the container mold: 2,95" diameter, x 1,57" depth aprox.
Dimension of the top mold: 2,36" diameter x 0,98" depth aprox.
Dimension of the container finished cast: 2,55" diameter aprox (outside); 1,77" diameter aprox (inside) x 1,57" depth aprox (outside); 1,37" depth aprox (inside).
Dimension of the top finished cast: 3,14" diameter. The final piece will have a little step of 1,57" diameter x 0,07" depth aprox, to keep the lid in place so that it does not slip.
The mold is made from a high quality platinum, addition-cure silicone. It is very firm and durable, and has a longer lifespan than tin-based silicone molds.
Don´t forget this is a handmade item, and the mold could have small "imperfections" in the outer area that do not alter the quality of the copy.
All silicone molds degrade over time with constant repeated use. Using a mold release when casting + taking care to de-mold your pieces gently will help prolong the life of your silicone molds.
