ABS, What does it stand for? Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene
What is ABS? It is an opaque thermoplastic and amorphous polymer. Essentially plastic. We make our molds from recycled ABS sheets.
What is Silicone? It is a synthetic compound that is heat resistant ad rubber like.

Casting Materials Related FAQ's
What is Resin? Resin is a name that is given to a natural organic compound in liquid form, consisting of two-component parts.
Is Epoxy Resin the same as just Resin? No. Resin is the organic compound where as the combined term Epoxy Resin is a mixture of a prepolymer and a polymer.
What is Plaster of Paris? A quick-setting gypsum based plaster consisting of a fine white powder (calcium sulfate hemihydrate), which hardens when moistened and allowed to dry. Abundant ad affordable material.
What is Concrete? a heavy, rough building material made from a mixture of broken stone or gravel, sand, cement, and water, that can be spread or poured into molds or construction forms.
What is Cement? a binder. Most commonly found in Concrete mixtures as the primary hardening component.
